The Solar Fiesta of 2009 was a lot of fun as Rose and Melissa set up the Solar Ranch booth.
Over the two day period they cooked delicious foods for the other participants and the crowds, including: Stuffed Bell Peppers, Biscuits,
Croissants, sweet rolls, Green Chili Chicken Stew, and Cheesy Beer Bread. A real crowd pleaser was Melissa's Honeyed Corn Bread -
which took first place in the Solar Bake Off!
